According to the investigation of the Sariaya Municipal Police Station, Captain Robo did not reprimand the suspect because of his behavior due to the influence of alcohol.

This point of view ended up in a heated argument, but in order not to increase the commotion, the captain just avoided it, but the suspect still followed him, which ended up in the shooting.

Although the captain was taken to the hospital in Lucena, he died while being treated for his wounds.
