TV5 and ABS-CBN have signed a five-year content agreement that further solidifies their partnership.
The deal enables TV5 and ABS-CBN to continue providing top-rated programs during the weekday, weekend, and Sunday primetime slots.
Established favorites such as FPJ’s “Batang Quiapo,” “The Iron Heart,” “Dirty Linen,” and “The Tale of Nokdu” will keep delighting weekday audiences. Weekend and Sunday slots are set to be filled with “Everybody Sing” and “ASAP Natin ‘To”, respectively.
Aside from this content agreement, TV5 and ABS-CBN are collaborating in a co-production deal for two new afternoon soaps – Pira Pirasong Paraiso and Nagbabagang Damdamin – which are set to launch in July as part of TV5’s reinforced Hapon Champion block. This is the first of many projects as part of their commitment to creative collaboration.
