Fans may need to save their tears as Suga, a member of the Korean supergroup BTS, surprised ARMYs with additional dates for the final encore of his solo tour during the supposed last day of the ‘D-Day’ concert in Seoul.

In music, an encore refers to an additional performance given by an artist after the original setlist, often to fulfill the audience’s requests.

Before singing the last song of his setlist as Agust D, his alter ego, Suga teased the audience by stating that it would be his final performance, while fans chanted the word ‘encore.’

The singer-producer then displayed a poster of his D-Day: The Final on the LED screen. The encore concert will be held at the KSPO Dome from August 4th to August 6th.

The group’s maknae line—JiminV, and Jungkook—were also shown on the screen, cheering after Suga’s announcement. The three attended the second day of the concert to show their support for their elder member.

Min Yoongi, in real life, also expressed his optimism about performing with his fellow members and promised fans to be with them the next time he would be on stage.

“The next time I’m on stage, there should be seven of us,” the rapper said.

With that, fans are anticipating either a complete seven-member act during the encore or a performance with Jimin for their song “Tony Montana” (or why not both, right?).

Suga is now wrapping up his D-Day tour and other solo activities before participating in mandatory enlistment.
