Manila Vice Mayor Yul Servo, Naval Reserve Command chief MGen Joseph Ferrous Cuison, and the whole Manila City Council lead the announcement of the City of Manila and NAVRESCOM’s Naval Diplomacy Thru Culture and Arts Project on April 18. Featured are the works of artist and Philippine Navy Ambassador for Culture and Arts CMO2 Kristine Lim PN (Res), through the efforts of Manila Councilor Engr. Numero “Uno” G . Lim, chairman of the committee on international affairs.
