High end residential developer Filigree recently bagged back-to-back awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023-2024.
The brand’s flagship project Botanika Nature Residences in Filinvest City in Alabang, its first project outside Metro Manila Golf Ridge Private Estate in Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City in Clark, and the Filigree Showsuites, bested other residential developers’ entries from the Philippines in the Architecture Multiple Residence, Residential 20+ Units, and Residential Interior Show Home categories.
Vertical village
Botanika Nature Residences brought in industry experts local Architect-of-Record Leandro V. Locsin Partners, in collaboration with California-based global architecture, planning, and design firm Architecture International, and landscape consultant AECOM, to design the vertical village, an iconic leaf shaped structure, which is intentionally set wide apart with a towering atrium at the core.
Lantern effect
Filigree’s Golf Ridge Private Estate highlighted the development’s exclusivity in an intimate, nature-inspired environment. The low density building, also designed by Leandro V Locsin Partners, constructed an illusion of a floating tower called the lantern effect.
Stately-contoured spaces
Design firm Periquet Galicia was commissioned to take on Filigree Showsuites. The 2,500-square meter property boasts of stately contoured spaces. Reflecting the high aesthetic quality of the planned spaces is a symmetrical and perfect-in-form lobby that sets the tone for the overall experience.
