Some of 216 persons deprived of liberty (PDL) who completed their sentence on Monday listen to speeches in a ceremony led by Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla and acting Bureau of Corrections chief Gregorio Catapang Jr. at the National Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City.
