The AICS also seeks to develop the country’s Health Care System.

Go said: “As (Senate) Health Committee Chairman, I want to increase the number of Malasakit Centers and have Super Health Centers in our country. In the small towns of our country there is no access to hospitals, pregnant women give birth on tricycles while traveling to the hospital, so we will build Super Health Centers and let them be managed by local governments.”

He added that in other towns, there are plans in Batangas that their capital city will put up to three floors, and in Pampanga they will put a Dialysis Center. The Super Health Center is a P1-million building, but it can be improved so that it can be used as a facility for childbirth, dental, and even teaching children against diseases.
