Petron awards

In recognition of their top-notch customer service, three Petron service stations—Equity Petron Service Station along Taft Ave. in Malate Manila, L.A Petron Service Center along Quezon Ave., Roxas District, Quezon City, and Local Boiler Fuel Services Inc. along Kamagong corner Metropolitan Ave. in Makati City—are among the 10 stations awarded by the Department of Energy and motorcycle ride-hailing app, Angkas. The partnership between the DOE and Angkas provides real-time monitoring of pump prices and recognizes exemplary retail outlets. All Petron stations in Metro Manila are assigned with a QR code for Angkas riders to scan, allowing them to report the latest fuel prices to consumers.
