URC scholarship

Universal Robina Corp. and the Gokongwei Brothers Foundation provide scholarships to children living in URC’s partner communities in recognition of education as a means towards a better life. The program, launched in the fourth quarter of 2020, benefits 11 college students from Central Philippine State University and five senior high school students from Tara National High School. Among the recipients of the GBF-STEM Agri Scholarship Program are Joan Remitar, Lyn Marie Patoc, Rhea Gene Labrador, Frances Claire Navarro and Rhea Gomez.
