Tax hike

Over 200 advocates from medical societies, youth groups, senior citizens, urban poor communities, and other so-called civil society organizations gathered outside the Senate building Monday to call for the immediate approval of SB 1074 or the tax increase on alcoholic beverages and heated tobacco products.
