Four Chinese fugitives wanted in mainland China for kidnapping, forgery and other crimes were arrested by Immigration agents in separate incidents in Pasay and Taguig.

Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente said that one of the aliens was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 while three others were collared at their residence in Bonifacio Global City.

Arrested at the NAIA was  Liang Yang, who is wanted for forgery in his country.

The three identified as  Shi Chun Tan, Cai Rong Li and Li Shao Bai were arrested inside a high rise condominium tower at the BGC.

BI Port Operations chief Grifton Medina said Yang was apprehended at the NAIA 2 terminal upon his arrival and was excluded hours later via a Xiamen Air flight to China where he is now detained and undergoing criminal prosecution.
