Chinese KFR Gang

Arrested kidnap-for-ransom suspects, all Chinese nationals, were presented by PNP-Anti-Kidnapping Group at the PNP-AKG headquarters in Quezon City, Sept. 24, 2019. The suspects were identified as Yu Jhong Ruei, Chen Xi, Liu Chen, Yang Shuwe, Wei Chong, Zhang Lee, and Qi Long while their victims were identified as Jinming Xu, Huanbo Xu, and Kailang Ou.
