Engineer Eulogio “Eloy” Geniere Morales Sr. of Subic Bay, Olongapo City passed away last Friday, Aug. 23 at age of 90.
He was the first general manager of the Olongapo City Water District (1977-1991); secretary to the Mayor of Olongapo City (1972-77); charter president of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers, Olongapo City Chapter and past president of the Philippine Association of Water Districts (1982-83).
He was husband to Rosalia Manuel Arzadon-Morales.
He was a father to Caesar and Myrna, Blesilda, Engr. Eulogio Jr., Dr. Minerva Eloisa, Roberto and Evelyn Morales; grandfather to Isabelle Michaela, Valerie Anne and Colt, Eloise Gail, Mark Joel and Hannah, Jill Alexis, Via Alexandra, Claudio Jethro, and Hayley Julienne and great grandfather to Jayce Liam, Jaelynn Rae and Caiden Lucas and brother to Johnny G. Morales.
Wake is being held at St. Peter Chapels, Olongapo City.
Funeral rites and interment will be held at Subic Prime Garden, Subic, Zambales at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2019.
