Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office board member Sandra Cam said Monday she will release “shocking” documents on the alleged corruption in small-town lottery operations.

She made the statement after President Rodrigo Duterte lifted last week the suspension on STL operations, but subject to the compliance of franchise holders with a number of conditions.

“I have shocking documents about the STL. The public will be shocked and this will be an eye-opener for everyone, that you can’t have everything that you want,” Cam said.

The former whistleblower made the revelation during the breakfast forum at the Manila Hotel, saying “ I love the military, I love the police, but I don’t like the mistah system inside.”

But Cam deferred naming the PCSO officials supposedly involved in corruption pending a congressional inquiry and the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission’s investigation.

“I want to address this to the PCSO board of directors and officials there. The STL has returned but Sandra Cam will not stop,” Cam said.

She also claimed that she knew several lawmakers who were “protectors” of the corrupt practices in the STL.

“Many congressmen are angry with me because they are protectors, but there are no sacred cows for Sandra Cam,” she said.

Malacañang earlier asked Cam to file charges against the STL operators allegedly involved in corruption after she alleged that some of them, including the supposed friends of President Rodrigo Duterte, were not remitting the revenues that should go to the PCSO.

The STL and other gaming schemes like Peryahan ng Bayan and Keno were suspended for nearly a month after Duterte decried the “massive corruption” at the PCSO.

Cam herself was accused of corruption before the Office of the Ombudsman, with a private citizen claiming earlier this year that she failed to disclose P500 million worth of real estate properties.

Cam said she was open to a lifestyle check by the PACC to belie the allegations about her supposed hidden wealth.

“Include me in the lifestyle check and investigate my person,” she said.

Cam said she was ready to give up her position at PCSO if nothing significant happened in the investigation.

“If nothing happens, I will ask the President to another post instead of me dying at the wrong time,” she said.
