Victor Valledor, president and chief executive of Lockton Philippines Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers, Inc. (fourth from left), receives a special citation from Pag-IBIG Fund for maximizing the existing insurance benefits of Pag-IBIG Fund housing loan borrowers and reducing its premium, thereby making housing more affordable.
