Dressing down

National Capital Region Police Office Regional Director Maj. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar gives  Patrolman Jun Ruado Acosta a severe dressing down during a buy-bust operation along McArthur Highway in Malinta,  Valenzuela City.  Confiscated from the policeman-suspect were several sachets of suspected shabu and marked money.
