Korean actress Lee Sung Kyung, known for her lead role in hit K-drama Weightlifting Fairy, is finally going to meet her Filipino fans at the Be Joyful fan meet happening on July 27 at the SM Sky Dome in Quezon City.
Her Be Joyful tour kicked off in Taiwan last January, followed by her Japan fan meet last June, and finally here in the Philippines this month for her first-ever encounter with her Pinoy followers.
Lee Sung Kyoung first gained popularity in the country when the Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo aired on ABS-CBN in 2016.
The award-winning actress also previously appeared in It’s Okay, That’s Love, the series that aired on Jeepney TV in 2017, and starred in The Doctors (also known as Doctor Crush) which aired in the Kapamilya Network last year.
Be Joyful tickets are up for grabs at P9,072 (MVP), P6,940 (VIP), and P4,270 (Fairy Pass), available online via smtickets.com. MVP pass holders will get to be part of the highly coveted group photo, while MVP, VIP and Fairy Pass ticket holders will have a hi-touch with Lee Sung Kyung and a chance to be part of the upcoming Be Joyful press conference.
