“Please be advised that due to heavy traffic around NAIA’s four terminals, you must allocate more time in going to the airport to ensure that you will make it in time for your flight,” the PAL management said in a statement.

Domestic-bound passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 2.5 hours before their flight while international-bound passengers must be at the airport at least 3.5 hours before flight departure.

“Please check your updated flight status and terminal assignment before heading to the airport by: visiting www.philippineairlines.com/#PALflightstatus, clicking the Flight Status Tab in the PAL website, or by calling (02) 855-8888 then pressing 2 for Arrival and Departure Information.”

PAL also asked clients to take note of their flight information from Flight Status Tab, available two days before and until two days after the flight departure.

“You may check-in via our PAL website www.philippineairlines.com, or myPALapp within 24 hours to one hour before your flight.”

The airlines also want the passengers to ensure that their passports are “at least 6 months valid from date of travel and that you have with you the required visa and other travel documents. Please bring a valid government ID / company / or school ID.”

To delight its clients this Holy Week break, PAL has partnered with Filipino local fruit juice brand to give free refreshments for passengers departing from NAIA Terminal 2 (International and Domestic) and Clark Airport from April 15 to 21, 2019.

PAL has also tied up with Super Delights (Brownie Bites) and Super Crunch (Corn Chips) to provide snacks for passengers departing from NAIA Terminal 2 (International and Domestic) from April 15-17.
