Philippine Military Academy ‘SAMBISIG’ Class 1991 president P/BGen. Filmore Escobal (left) administers the oathtaking ceremony of the new honorary members of Sambisig Class 91 led by Philippine Constitution Association president and former Leyte Rep. Martin Romualdez (fourth right) Office of the President ASEC Maria Felisa Marques (third right), Businessman Perfecto Jose Sisi (second right)  and Businessman Napoleon Magno, held Monday night at the PSG Officers’ Clubhouse in Malacañang Ground Manila. Romualdez said he was deeply honored and thanked the leadership of PMA Sambisig Class 91 for accepting him as its new Mistah.
