Otso Diretso candidates Chel Diokno, Samira Gutoc, Pilo Hilbay, and Gary Alejano have frames the Masinloc Municipal Fish Port in Zambales Monday to stand up for the rights of Filipino fisherfolk in the disputed Scarborough Shoal, claimed by the Philippine government as within Masinloc town’s territorial jurisdiction.
