More than 500 participants and partners, including the UP Fighting Maroons, join the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines in celebrating National Intellectual Property Rights Month 2019 on March 31 at UP Diliman in Quezon City. Leading the celebration are IPOPHL director-general Josephine Santiago (center) and other members of the executive committee. The National IPR Month’s activities will culminate on April 26, with the IP Convergence Forum.
