Keeping the code

The Comelec and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas sign a memorandum of agreement on Friday, Feb. 8 to keep the source codes for the May elections in escrow at the BSP, in compliance with RA 9369 or the Automated Election Law. Norman Cruz
