Biñan City Mayor Arman Dimaguila (second from right) cuts the ceremonial ribbon to lead the triple celebration of the 9th Binan Cityhood Anniversary on Saturday Feb. 2, the 74th Biñan Liberation Day on Feb. 3, and Biñan Foundation Day on Feb. 4.
