Avida Land Corp., a unit of Ayala Land, Inc., expects to generate P4 billion in sales from a new condominium project in Cloverleaf, Balintawak, Quezon City.
Avida Land Estate Development Group manager Caren Rosales said in a press briefing Tuesday Tower 2 of Avida Towers Cloverleaf would offer 848 units with prices ranging from P4.1 million to P9.9 million each.
Rosales said the launch of Tower 2 Avida Towers Cloverleaf came after the strong take-up of Tower 1. It is now 100 percent sold generating P2.2 billion in sales.
Rosales said Avida Land expects to attract urban professionals and entrepreneurs as well as start-up families looking for a place to live in the city from Quezon City, Bulacan, Manila and Caloocan City for the second tower.
It also aims to lure buyers from the US and China seeking condos for investment purposes.
The Avida Towers Cloverleaf has a three-floor shared parking podium and features a clubhouse, swimming pool with lap pool and children’s pool, children’s playground, indoor gym, and landscaped spaces and serenity gardens.
