Relatives start visiting and cleaning the tomb of their departed kin Wednesday as flowers and candle vendors line up inside and outside the main entrance of Manila’s North Cemetery as early as two weeks before the observance of All Saints‘/Souls‘ Day on Nov. 1 and 2.
