Food is an essential part of every Filipino’s life. A culinary spread is often an important element, if not the center, of many celebrations.
Grab’s newest food ordering service GrabFood offers an opportunity for local and homegrown food to take center stage, whenever and whatever the occasion.
“We’re delighted to keep coming up with new chances to bring people closer to things that matter to them,” says Grab country marketing head Cindy Toh.
The on-demand food delivery service, launched in June, presents the Grab. Snap. Win! promo featuring local culinary staples from a roster of participating food establishments.
Participating food brands include Sari Chicken Lechon, Ferino’s Bibingka, Adobo Connection, Aysee, Pares Retiro, Rufo’s Famous Tapa, 8065 Bagnet, GoodAh!!!, Sentro 1771, Pansit Malabon, and Empanada Nation.
A total of P5,000 worth of local eats is at stake for five lucky winners weekly chosen from all who successfully ordered food from #EatsLokal restaurants via the app and posted a photo or video of their meal on their Instagram page. The post has to include #EatsLokal and #GrabFoodPH hashtags, and the user must follow and like the official GrabFood PH Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Winners are randomly selected every week. The promo runs until Oct. 10.
