Clark Freeport—Travel website TripAdvisor commended Quest Plus and Conference Center here for its excellent service to clients despite major hotel renovations, key official announced Thursday.
“Our quest for excellent service doesn’t end here. This certificate of excellence from TripAdvisor inspired us to do more and we are very excited for what is yet to come,” said Quest Plus Clark general manager Patrick Beck.
TripAdvisor is a platform for travelers to share honest reviews, feedback and travel-related content about hotels, restaurants and tourist spots around the world.
The certificate of excellence from TripAdvisor honors hospitality businesses that deliver consistently excellent service. This is only given to approximately 10 percent of total businesses registered on the travel website. Quest Plus was consistent in its 4 out of 5 rating.
Despite undergoing renovations, Quest Plus Clark proved that inconveniences would not deter the staff and management in providing excellent service to guests and clients, said Beck.
