Senator Richard Gordon (right), the proponent of the Regional Investment and Commercial Hub or Rich Road Map, meets with Mahanakorn Partners Group chairman Luca Bernardinetti to review proposals to transform Central Luzon into the country’s leading business center. The MPG, a Bangkok-based accounting, and trade finance advisory firm, earlier signed a memorandum of understanding with the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority to conduct a feasibility study on Subic Bay International Airport as an alternative to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
