House Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo (center) reiterates Friday how Clark International Airport in Pampanga is the better alternative to Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Metro Manila as far as traffic decongestion is concerned. The former president made this in the course of a tour on the expansion of Clark, following media questions whether she would push for Clark as an alternative to Naia in light of the Xiamen aircraft tragedy this month.
