The Bureau of Customs, headed by Commissioner Isidro Lapeña, seizes Friday thousands of fake tax stamps, ukay-ukay materials, cigarettes, rice and other goods worth about P8.5 billion during a raid at the warehouse at PTFC compound on Marvex Drive, Bonifacio Avenue in Quezon City.
