Budding entrepreneurs, as well as those who are already running their businesses in the food and beverage industry, are invited to join Technolux’s Business Series this June. Admission is free.
Technolux, the country’s largest importer and supplier of a complete line of foodservice, small wares, and laundry equipment for over 40 years, knows the pulse of the local hospitality and F&B landscape. Its TBS initiative helps new enterprises take off and existing businesses grow through the introduction of the latest kitchen equipment from world-class brands.
TBS on June 13 and 14 will feature EuroChef, the projects division of Grope Matfer-Bourgeat, the French manufacturer of quality kitchen utensils since 1814. Its products that Technolux distributes include pots and pans, exoglass molds, silicone pastry molds, knives and cutting tools.
The series will be held at Mall of Kitchens (2703 Kamagong St. corner Lawaan St., San Antonio Village, Makati City). Technolux’s corporate chefs will conduct product and cooking demos on the benefits and use of various EuroChef items.
A Bakery Fair TBS will also be held on June 29 also at Mall of Kitchens to showcase KOLB, the provider of total solutions for all the baking needs of bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pastry shops and home bakers. To be launched in the Bakery Fair TBS is Italmill S.P.A, one of the biggest family-run businesses in the flour and semi-finished baking product industry in Italy with quality products for making the pastry, pizza and bakery items.
A baking demo will be conducted by a foreign principal from Kolb, Technolux ’s corporate pastry chef, Jessa Bata and chef Erika de Leon of Global Academy.
A quick demo will also be held for the following equipment: Vitamix Blenders, Vittore Espresso Machine, Taylor Soft Serve Machine and Manitowoc Ice Machine.
