Medley Buffet at Okada Manila tips its hat in appreciation to the graduates of Batch 2018 with a free buffet.
Bringing together a Magnum Opus of delectable flavors, Medley brings together the country’s top chefs led by Chef Guillermo Aspera as they lay out the buffet with iconic dishes from North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, and more.
Diners can enjoy beautifully roasted meat dishes like a juicy slow-cooked strip loin seasoned to perfection. For those with a taste for savory dishes, diners can now enjoy treats from the newly set up Shawarma station.
All-time favorites such as tempura, Peking duck, and a wide variety of dim sum are available. Perfectly cooked pasta, seafood selections, decadent desserts, and all comfort Filipino food favorites are also offered to tickle the palate.
