Two years after a rave party incident that resulted in the deaths of five people, authorities threw the book against five suspects who were found guilty of illegal drug possession during the event.

The suspects were linked to the deaths of the victims in the event dubbed as “Forever Summer” and hosted by a popular toothpaste brand, who were found to have overdosed on party drugs.

Two of the five suspects—Marc David Deen and Seergeoh Villanueva, were sentenced to life imprisonment and fined P5 million each.

The three others, identified as Erica Valbuena, Thomas Halili and Martin Dimacili, were sentenced to 20 years in prison and fined P500,000 each.

The five were arrested days after the event at a suspected party drug laboratory in Parañaque City in 2016.
