San Ildefonso

Photo shows a larger-than-life wooden sculpture of Tanay’s patron saint, San Ildefonso, praying before the Blessed Virgin Mary, which was carved out of a trunk of a century-old acacia tree in front of the 400-year-old San Ildefonso de Toledo Parish Church in Tanay, Rizal. The church is often visited by many Catholic devotees during the Holy Week.
