After adding Canada’s Shaira Garrido to the stellar list of undiscovered but high potential winners, and a milestone collaboration with Global Tawag ng Tanghalan of It’s Showtime in 2017, ABS-CBN’s radio arm DZMM and international arm, The Filipino Channel (TFC), are on the lookout once again for this year’s next “Global Pinoy Singing Idol.”

In line with its mission to continuously provide the global platform for the Filipino talent, ABS-CBN through DZMM and The Filipino Channel (TFC) will try to create history anew as they set out for the finals in Europe in historical Greece.

Actor Gerald Anderson and singer Morrisette will join the finalists of  ‘Global Pinoy Singing Idol’ in Athens, Greece on March 24.

From last year’s GPSI, two regional finalists from Austria set out to compete at the grand finals in Manila—Bernardite Steiger and Louis Denciv Auman of Austria—where Steiger emerged as second place winner.

This year, Kirsten Mae Arada, Maria Manzano, Rissa Martinez–Pasion, Faith Andrea, Anthony Carbonel, Charo Francisco, Kleniki Perikleous, Eunice Manigbas, Katherina Palo and Cleopatra de Guzman will vie for the finals round on March 24 at the Gazi Music Hall in Athens.  Providing inspiration are rising diva Morissette and actor Gerald Anderson plus host, DZMM anchor Ahwel Paz.

Tickets are at €15 for VIP (with photo opportunity with celebrity guests) and €10 for General Admission.  Barkada Bundle promos are also available (buy five tickets and get two for free).
