New PNP spokesperson named

Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Ronald Dela Rosa has named a new spokesperson for the police force.

He appointed Chief Superintendent John Bulalacao to the post.

Prior to this, Bulalacao was a deputy regional director for operations in the PNP-National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).

Bulalacao is replacing Chief Superintendent Dionardo Carlos.

Carlos has been assigned to head the PNP Aviation Security Group.

He is replacing Chief Superintendent Sheldon Abacan, who is retiring.

Carlos had served as PNP spokesperson for a year a seven months.

PNP Chief Ronald Dela Rosa witnessed today the turnover ceremony at the PNP Aviation Security Group.
