It’s the awards season now in Hollywood and every star wants to add sheen and glitter to their presence as they sashay on the red carpet of each award venue.
Recently, the world in the global telecast of The Golden Globes, considered the prelude to this year’s Academy Awards, witnessed a flurry of stars in designer gowns that did not elude the eyes of the paparazzi.
The gentlemen, most of them in tuxedo, similarly attracted attention of the press photographers.
Who were these Hollywood demigods?
Fans along the red carpet leading to the 75th Annual Golden Globe Awards on Jan. 7 in Beverly Hills, CA screamed their lungs out when their idol Zac Efron, a presenter and star of The Greatest Showman, turned up for the obligatory pose for the photographers covering the awards.
Efron wore a black shawl collar Hugo tuxedo from the current collection.
Also, admirers of Alexander Skarsgård who won the Best Supporting Actor in limited TV series Big Little Lies wore a black double-breasted BOSS bespoke tuxedo, made from a modern wool mohair blend.
Presenter Sebastian Stan wore a black velvet BOSS bespoke tuxedo with a pointed collar.
…and at The Critics‘ Choice Awards
Some Hollywood big names also walked the red carpet in BOSS to the 23rd Annual Critics’ Choice Awards on Jan. 11 in Santa Monica, CA.
Most recognizable was Chris Hemsworth, nominated as ‘Best Actor in a Comedy’ (Thor: Ragnarok), who wore a navy blue BOSS bespoke tuxedo with a black silk shawl collar.
Again ’Best Supporting Actor in a Limited Series’ (Big Little Lies) Skarsgård wore a blue BOSS bespoke three-piece suit.
