Southeast Asia’s leading trade shows for artisan, gourmet and fine food and drink return for the second edition in Singapore at Suntec Singapore this July.

Organized by Montgomery Asia, Speciality & Fine Food Asia (SFFA) and Restaurant, Pub & Bar (RPB) Asia are dedicated trade platforms that connect gourmet food producers and purveyors with decision makers in the retail and hospitality sectors, providing companies appropriate avenues to discover new trends, expand their business and reach the right buyers.

This year, for the very first time, SFFA will be partnering with the Singapore Halal Culinary Federation—an independent federation with a mission to educate the culinary world on the dynamism of Halal food, Halal best practices, business profitability and service quality in the midst of a growing demand for Halal food. With a stellar lineup of Halal chef demos, workshops and panel discussions at SFFA, SHCF’s partnership is set to draw in restaurateurs, chefs, distributors, and buyers from across the region.

RPB Asia is also proud to announce an official partnership with The Bar Awards for the second time running. Known for bringing people together to celebrate achievement and excellence within the bar community, The Bar Awards team will join forces with RPB Asia this year to bring an exciting array of activities including Bar Talks and Guest Bartender Demos. This year will also see the launch of the inaugural Best Bartender in Asia Awards. The by-invitation-only bartending competition will pit the top bartenders in Asia head to head in a series of challenges for the coveted title of Best Bartender.

With these new partnerships and an extended program including fringe activities for both trade visitors and members of the public, both SFFA and RPB Asia promise to showcase a greater and more diverse range of chefs, bartenders, speciality food and drink products and technologies.
