Under Armour athletes, Gretchen Ho and Olympic silver medalist Hidilyn Diaz will lead Under Armour’s Fitness Retreat on Jan. 27 in the exclusive Balesin Island resort.
These champions in their fields of sports will share their training regimens and fitness routines with the retreat participants with only a limited number of slots
One of the highlights of the event will be the Fitness Workout of an Olympian shared by Diaz.
Diaz made history by becoming the first Filipina to take home a medal in the Olympics when she claimed the silver medal in the weightlifting competitions in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Diaz was also a winner in the recent AIMAG where she bagged the silver medal in the event as part of her preparations for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Participants of the fitness retreat will also learn how to achieve a healthy lifestyle from Aegle Wellness Center Medical Director, Dr. Benedict Valdecañas, over a healthy and delicious gourmet lunch at Ambrosia.
Furthermore, they’ll get to experience Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, IV Therapy or Thalassotherapy—an anti-ageing and detox medical treatment utilizing sea water and sea minerals, exclusively offered in the Philippines at Aegle – Balesin.
