President Rodrigo Duterte gets a gracious gesture from former President Joseph Estrada (left above), now mayor, which was immediately reciprocated (right above) before the two began their meeting Thursday at the official riverside office of the incumbent chief of state. No details of the meeting were disclosed by the Palace.
