New Gardenia plant

Gardenia Bakeries Philippines Inc. signs a contract of lease agreement with Phividec Industrial Authority, a government-owned and –controlled corporation for a 25-year lease contract covering 2.5 hectares of land in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.  The new plant, which will have a total capacity of 130,000 loaves and buns a day, will be under the management of Nutrimax Fresh-Baked Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gardenia International Pte. Ltd. Singapore.
