Mark Taguba, who has been tagged as a fixer at the Bureau of Customs (BOC), resumes his testimony at the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee on Monday.

This comes, as the Senate continues its investigation into the P 6.4-billion shipment of shabu from China.

Taguba related his communications with a certain "Tita Nani" who was his contact at the BOC and whose help he had sought to facilitate the release of his shipment in April this year.

The witness said he was referred to a certain "Noel" or "Big Brother" when his shipment failed to get released despite his payments of bribe money.

Also testifying on Monday is Colonel Allen Capuyan, the Assistant General Manager for Security and Emergency Concerns at the Manila International Airport Terminal.

Capuyan took a leave to clear his name after he was linked to the smuggling issue.
