Tropical storm "Jolina" has intensified as it heads to Isabela and Aurora.
It is expected to make landfall on Friday evening between 7 to 9 pm.
As of 11 am today, PAGASA located "Jolina" at 210 kilometers southeast of Casiguran, Aurora.
It packs maximum sustained winds of up to 80 kph near the center.
Its gustiness is at 95 kph.
Jolina is moving west northwest at 19 kph.
