Caloocan City Mayor Oscar Malapitan looks on as city police chief Senior Supt. Chito Bersaluna hands the symbolical key to precinct supervisor Chief Insp. Timothy Aniway during the ceremonial turnover of Police Community Precinct 4 in Barangay Amparo, which forms part of 10 villages—Barangays 179 to 188—that comprise Zone 16. Malapitan thanked Amparo Village Homeowners Association Inc. for accommodating PCP4 in their building.
