Six (6) soldiers are injured in a landmine explosion in Quirino.
The blast took place in Barangay Sangbay, Nagtipunan town at about 8:30 am on Tuesday.
The information came from the Fifth Division of the Philippine Army.
Three of those wounded received first aid treatment on the spot while the three others were brought to a hospital in the municipality of Cabarroguis.
The Armed Forces of the Philippines suspects, the landmines were planted by members of the New People’s Army.
