Wine Flights and Tapas at Pacific Lounge showcases a flight of five premium red, rose, white wines from Titania Wines Cellar Inc. each paired with a small, delectable bite. Savory Spanish tapas selection menu includes Spanish Oyster Cocktail, Callos a la Madrileña, Pizza Band section, Crema Catalan and more paired with Viña Albali Verdejo, Viña Albali Tempranillo, Musso Chardonnay, Musso Tempranillo, and Duet Rose. This tasting experience is an ideal way to entice experienced foodies to explore new and exciting pairings. Food and wine pairing novices receive the opportunity to learn how to create their own matches.
