ROTC revival

As President Rodrigo R. Duterte has approved the return of the Reserved Officers Training Course in Grades 11 and 12 of the country’s public and private schools,  Students of the University of the Philippines  in Diliman, Quezon City hold  a military training for  Reserved Officers Training Corps in a program to instill discipline and patriotism among the youth.
