Sta. Rosa opens new rehab center

Camp Vicente Lim—Philippine National Police Director General Ronald dela Rosa led the inauguration of the Sta. Rosa City Rehabilitation Center on Arcillas Avenue, Brgy Tagapo, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna Wednesday. 

Owing to its rigorous campaign against illegal drugs, the city saw 1,119 drug users surrender to the authorities.

The center was built by the local government of Sta. Rosa, the Philippine National Police and other stakeholders to reform victims of illegal drugs.

The highlights of the inauguration were the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the PNP and city government, and the symbolic painting of the rehabilitation center.
