SAF troopers to guard the PNP Chief

PNP Chief Ronald dela Rosa will now be guarded by the elite members of the PNP Special Action Force (SAF).

PNP Spokesperson Dionardo Carlos says, this comes after they received information that drug lords are reportedly talking with Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) bandits and some elements the ISIS terrorist group to take down President Duterte and the PNP Chief.

Carlos says, the security team of Dela Rosa is making new arrangements with PNP SAF to ensure his safety.

He adds, “hindi biro ang trabaho nila ngayon.”

The performance of one PNP SAF trooper is supposedly equal to the capabilities of 10 regular cops.
