ABS-CBN is the only media and entertainment company in the country that made it to the list of the top companies in the Philippines that Filipinos dream to work. This is based on the results of JobStreet’s Top Companies Report for 2016.
This is the third consecutive time that ABS-CBN landed on the top companies Filipino jobseekers aspire to be part in JobStreet’s annual Top Companies Report since 2014.
According to the JobStreet survey, employees love ABS-CBN for its company reputation, training and development, and perks and benefits. Employee respondents also said, “True to what the company calls the millions of customers who watch our programs, we who work here at ABS-CBN (and we) also feel that the Kapamilya spirit is very much alive.”
Some 14,062 JobStreet.com members representing a mix of employees who hold different position levels participated in the 2016 survey from May to July 2016. It was also revealed that basic salary is the top factor Filipino jobseekers look for in companies they apply in..
